You choose Your Home site
The lots are included in the price of the home. In some cases
the development may have lots that have lot premiums (extra
charge for having something more, ie. larger lot, view lots,
open space, green belt, elevation) and will be noted on the
community page as to the amount of the premium if applicable.

We build it!
Construction timelines can vary depending on the floor plan,
series, County or City, and weather conditions. Typically you
can expect your home to be built within 4-6 months.
